A passion for broadcasting and a genuine desire to transform company business meeting practices are the driving forces behind a new company in the field of video conferencing.

Video Connections International FZ LLC has been created by Roger Paine a former broadcaster and director of many business to business organisations specialising in communication.

The company will be offering alternatives to actual physical meetings providing practical and innovative solutions to the ongoing issues of reducing daily meeting costs and work-related stress problems associated with constant transport delays, congestion charging in London and the new flexible employment law legislation. Video conferencing provides virtual office meetings and overcomes the impracticalities of physical meetings.

In addition, Video Connections will provide videoconferencing utilisation training and change management programmes. These training programmes will deliver bespoke training to educate both employers and employees about the endless possibilities of conducting video meetings for both internal and external use, using this cost-effective and easy-to-use technology.

Financial research undertaken by Video Connections demonstrates that if people can reduce the physical 'meeting habit' by as little as 35% substituting or increasing these meetings using video conferencing the equipment can pay for itself, on a lease or outright purchase basis, from the day of installation.

Roger Paine commented on his new venture: "Video Connections can benefit organisations of all sizes. Video conferencing is no longer restricted to bulky equipment requiring its own meeting room or an expensive board room toy or a 'dust collector'. Certain systems are no larger than an average computer laptop. Nor is it the domain of a technical specialist. Our equipment is as simple as a telephone to use and always has the constant back up of a specialist 24/7 helpdesk."

Since its launch Video Connections has seen huge interest in its services from companies affected and 'fed up' with road congestion, ever decreasing public transport and the imminent launch of the London congestion tax. In addition, many international organisations are now turning to video conferencing because of travel restrictions to the Gulf and other countries in the current political environment.
